Sauteed Greens
I've been getting a lot of greens (kale, collards, beet greens, etc.) in my CSA box each week. This is one of my favorite ways to prepare them (although I don't include the pine nuts, or sometimes I add cranberries, or mushrooms, or take away the balsamic vinegar... 'cuz I can change it up like that!). Oh how I wish I had this to saute them in! Does anyone have All Clad stainless steel pans? Are they any good?

Jen – We have a stainless steel sauté pan very similar to that one by Cuisinart. It seems to be pretty decent, and heats up pretty evenly as well. America’s Test Kitchen has rated sauté pans based on several criteria. Drop me an email and I’ll email you the link.
A CSA box! I So want to start getting one. I have a coupon for a few dollars off... I should just bite the bullet and get it done.
We have All-Clad pans. They are awesome. We've had ours for almost 9 years and they look brand new. They are definitely worth the price.
