This weekend we went to Queen Ann Farm to get our pumpkin. We really enjoyed this farm last year, too. There isn't too much fancy about this place although they do offer hay rides (we were there too early for that) and they have local fruit for sale. I got 1/2 bushel of apples at a pretty good price. After our time at the pumpkin farm, we took the short drive to Homestead Gardens. It was very busy, but we enjoyed looking at their Halloween and harvest displays. I'll definitely take the kids back on a weekday when it is less crowded and the kids can just wander around. Here are some pictures (it was early and sunny, so they aren't the best!):
