Ask Design Mom Week

I read A LOT of blogs. Of course I started off with a few, which has turned into many. I use Google Reader, which really helps me keep track of what I've read. Anyway, Design Mom was one of the two very first blogs I started reading a little over 3 years ago (dooce was the other... gotta love her!).

On Design Mom, she occasionally has "Ask Design Mom" features, where she answers questions about kid's products or home design type questions. It was this ask design mom post from the summer we moved into our current place that led me to doing this bit of decorating on the wall above our kitchen fireplace (I really love this space... and I have room for a few more O's when I find them. It is all a process!).
