Look at these hats I made the kids from some wool yarn I got at Jo-Ann's. I also made myself an ear-warmer/headband thingy. Making this headband was a step in the right direction... remember this post when I went back and forth on the different kinds of contraptions to keep your head warm? I made the two hats in one day (that sick day a while ago). And my headband is adapted from this pattern. I don't know exactly what I did, but I do remember starting over on this thing at least 3 times (I also knit in the round instead of having a button like the pattern called for). So basically, I played with it until it worked.

Hey Jen! Saw you on Gretchen's post, so I thought I'd stop over to say a bloggy hello!
The craftiness factor is high for you as well, I see-- I always drool over Gretchen's creations, as I was born with a crafty-gene-deficit. :)
